Finally a Homeowner Now!

credit to the source

After many attempts, we finally got a house to be called our home!

I am very thankful to the Lord for this great  blessing! Thank you Lord God! There are not enough words to say thank you very much. You are great!

I would also like to thank my wonderful husband for the funds :) He just completed my life.

Also, thanks to our Real Estate Agent from Century21 Sonoma Realty, Mr. Mike Andrews. Though the house was listed in Vision West Realty, we chose him all the same because he was our agent from the very beginning and we are comfortable with him. I don't know if you agree with me, I think he has a semblance of our very own actor Enrique Gil. I always watch Princess and I via The Filipino Channel, you know. I could be wrong, hehehe!

In addition, credit to our Loan Officer Lori Wright and her Assistant Kim Short from National Residential for our mortgage. When Ms. Lori said she could make the closing in 30 days (it usually takes up to 45 days before closing), she meant it. In fact we did the closing few days before 30 days. Good job!

The last but not the least, credit to Western Title  for our escrow.

I never thought that I could own a house here in the Unites States but hubby and I just bought one! It's not really fancy but the most important thing is, we own it! I think I am one of the happiest people on earth at this time :)

To GOD be the Glory!

Thanks for dropping by!

Cherries!

I was surprised to see the cherries (my neighbor's) yesterday afternoon! They're so shining red already! It's harvest time! Tee hee!

They're just so wow!

Yum!
It was just two days ago when they looked like these:

I can't wait to pick them!

Disclaimer: My Pinay friends and I would pick the cherries that are hanging over our fence only, hehehe!

But I wish I would see the neighbor again, I will surely volunteer myself to pick the cherries for them. They did not have kids anyway. I have seen her only once since we became neighbors. Geez.

Thanks for dropping by!

A Princess' Room

Meet Tamara, the daughter of our Mexican friends Adan and Josefina in Round Mountain, Nevada. She was still a baby when my  teenagers and I arrived in the United States 4 years ago. Look at her now.

Josefina showed me Tamara's room and I thought to take pictures. The room is really pretty!

That's me and Tamara. I look so yucky :D

beautiful Tamara

The flower in the ceiling is just so pretty

Colorful curtains :)

I so love Tamara's room!
